Recipient agrees to take all steps reasonably necessary to protect the secrecy of the Confidential Information, and to prevent the Confidential Information from falling into the public domain or into the possession of unauthorized persons. 4.6 Authorization: The signatories to this Agreement agree they have authority to sign on behalf of their respective parties. 4.7 Miscellaneous: This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Virginia.
